Sarah warmly welcomed me, and proceeded to do a magnificent job of inspecting and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Kyle stopped in and was warm, friendly, and checked my mouth assuring the care I had received me his specifications. Good experience.
This was my second cleaning. It was very comfortable with no pain. I booked my next appointment. The dentist was very friendly as was the office staff. The only thing that needs improvrment is the patients ability to control media communications; they send too many text messages that are repeats of email messages. For one cleaning, I received 8 text messages and 4 emails. I cancelled text messaging completely, only to see the number of emails increase. They need to work with their media provider to correct this.
Dr. Kyle is caring and good at explaining what issues you might be having. Sarah is gentle and puts the patient at ease. Professional and caring group of people. Zoe is new. She is also fantastic. The two ladies in the office up front are friendly and professional. We recommend this office to our family and friends.
